There are several ways in which you can help:

1)  Attend the event and bring friends.  The link for tickets is:
The cost is $30 per person which includes drinks, finger foods, and deserts from our member and owner of  Creative Concept Cuisine, Vicky Horn.  Additionally, this year we will have a DJ with dancing, casino gaming (with free chips), raffles, silent and live auction and more!

2)  Obtain quality donations for the silent auction.  Here are some suggestions on what has been popular in past years:
a.  Experiences bring higher bids than any other items.  Examples include 3 days on a sailboat in the Caribbean, use of timeshares and condos, gourmet wine dinners, etc.
b.  If you have any connections with local celebrities, e.g. Pacers or Colts players, local TV news personalities, college sports coaches, etc. ask if they would donate an hour of their time to have dinner or coffee with someone.
c.  Donate tickets to Pacers, Colts, IU and⁄or Purdue games.
d.  Donate tickets to performances at Circle Theater, the Palladium, etc.
e.  Contact merchants to obtain donations of fine jewelry, nights at local hotels, and other high-end items.
f.  When you eat at a nice restaurant, ask them to donate a gift card.
g.  Ask for or give donations of quality wines and spirits.
h.  New electronic items are popular.
When requesting a donation, please present a copy of our solicitation letter that has our Federal ID number on it (see link above).  You can print copies from the Casino Night tab on the CST website or the attachment.  Please bring all donations into the office or mail as soon as possible, however no later than February 21.  The revenues from this event benefit all of us as a way to minimize dues to increases.  It will take all of us to make this a successful event.

3)  Volunteer your time in set-up the week before, or tear-down after the event.  Times and dates will be in the e-newsletter.
